The groundbreaking ceremony of MIDORI PARK HARUKA’S new phase in TOKYU Garden City

On May 17, 2021, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the 4th phase of the residential project MIDORI PARK–HARUKA in TOKYU Garden City – Binh Duong New City.

It has been 4 years since the residential project MIDORI PARK –HARUKA welcomed its first families to move in in July, 2017. The residential area has become a desirable home for families in Binh Duong, with its refreshing and peaceful environment that closely bond to the nature, its facilities, and its high-class resident community. MIDORI PARK –HARUKA is now ready to start its latest phase – HARUKA 1DEF.

The participation of the ceremony includes the investor BECAMEX TOKYU, the constructor CENTRAL, management consultancy Artelia Vietnam, design consultancy Ong & Ong, cost & contract consultancy Arcadis Vietnam, and representatives from project sites/departments, partners, other constructors, suppliers, and members from the sides.

HARUKA belongs to the MIDORI PARK residential project, the largest area in TOKYU Garden City that BECAMEX TOKYU has been developing in Binh Duong New City. With the whole project’s concept “Living in the green”, the highlight of MIDORI PARK is its natural landscape. The unique landscape is designed with the combination of the greenery from seasonal plants, the refreshing water, and the dazzling sunshine to every house.

HARUKA 1DEF has a diversity of housing design, from “Shop House GARDEN HOUSE”, “TERRACE HOUSE”, to “Canal View GARDEN HOUSE”, promising not only a place live and work, but also the new symbol for the prosperity of Binh Duong New City.

The 1DEF project consists of 63 terrace house and garden house, and is expected to complete in March, 2022.
