THE RELOCATION OF BECAMEX TOKYU HEAD OFFICE 

This morning of January 12th, 2024, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. hosted the groundbreaking ceremony of its 6th condominium project named “MIDORI PARK The TEN” at Binh Duong New City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from Binh Duong province, including Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with representatives from related departments and offices. As for Japanese representatives, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, and head of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in HCMC, as well as representatives from BECAMEX IDC Corporation, the investor BECAMEX TOKYU, contractor Unicons (a member of CotecCons Group), and partners of the project.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City stated, "Binh Duong is becoming an increasingly attractive destination, not only for work but also for settlement. For that, I believe that the TOKYU GARDEN CITY project will contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of Binh Duong province by becoming a place for local communities to interact with each others, not just for work but also as a destination for a fulfilled and prosperous life". MIDORI PARK The TEN is the third condominium in the MIDORI PARK area and is a mid-rise residential complex with 10 floors (a total of 300 units) on nearly 1.4 hectares of land owned by BECAMEX TOKYU in the New City. The project is created with the idea of "spacious, elegance and sophistication of high-end living space, filled with rich natural connections", and it has the most luxurious design and a variety of common facilities of all the condominiums that BECAMEX TOKYU has built to date.

The average area of a unit is about 110m2 and the ceiling is 3.5m high, ensuring a spacious space for the residents. On the afternoon of December 17th (Sunday) at Binh Duong New City Football FIeld, the All-Star match took place, featuring two teams representing Vietnamese and Japanese-Malaysian football in the 5th U13 International Youth Cup Vietnam-Japan 2023. The Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony of this youth tournament followed this.

The Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony were attended by Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, as well as representatives of various departments, representatives of the Organizing Committee, leaders of Becamex IDC Corporation, and delegates, team leaders, coaches, and athletes from youth football teams in Vietnam, Japan, and Malaysia.

The All-Star match just before the ceremony marked the end of the 5th season with a 3-1 victory for the "allies" of Japan-Malaysia over Vietnam.

Earlier on the morning of December 17th, in the final match between PVF and Hanoi FC, PVF excellently clinched the championship title with a 2-0 victory over Hanoi FC.

In the third-place playoff, Yokohama FC Tsurumi also secured a victory, defeating U13 Becamex Binh Duong with a score of 1-0.

The rankings of the participating teams in the 5th U13 International Youth Cup Vietnam-Japan 2023 are as follows:

In the individual awards category, player Nguyen Tan Nam from Becamex Binh Duong received the Best Goalkeeper title; the Top Scorer title went to Tran Manh Quan from Hanoi FC; and Kanemitsu Ren from Yokohama FC Tsurumi was awarded the Best Player title.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, the Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City - Mr. Ono Masuo, expressed his belief that the tournament would significantly contribute to strengthening friendship and exchange between Japan and Vietnam, as well as Japan and ASEAN countries through football. This special season is part of the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, as well as the 50th anniversary of friendship between Japan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Representing the tournament board of organizers, Mr. Ho Hong Thach expressed hope that, with this special milestone, the platform for young aspiring players dreaming of becoming national team members would continue to grow stronger and attract more international clubs to participate in future seasons. He especially noted the increasing attention from the media and fans.

The 5th season brought exciting matches for fans of both countries and provided valuable opportunities for exchange and interaction for the young players from the three nations. It is hoped that from this tournament, Vietnam and the participating countries can identify potential talents for their national teams in the future.

第5回ベトナム 日本国際ユースカップU13大会2023が開幕! 

東急株式会社の子会社である BECAMEX TOKYU CO., LTD.（以下、ベカメックス東急）が 2023年7月28日に開業した、ベトナム社会主義共和国・ビンズン省の省都ビンズン新都市で初のショッピングセンター 「SORA gardens SC」（以下、本施設）に新店舗がオープンします。

本施設は、「暮らしにさらなる彩りを」をコンセプトに、イオン、キッズーナ、モーリーファンタジー、コーナンジャパン、ABCマートなどの日系テナントが主に入居する施設です。本施設開業後の来館者数は 120万人

The National Workers' Football Championship 2023 Finals are scheduled to take place from November 17 to November 19 at the Sora Gardens Links football field, with the participation of 8 teams that emerged as champions in the regional qualifying rounds. These teams include the Hai Phong Confederation, the Information and Communication Confederation, the Nghe An Confederation, the Saigon Water Supply Corporation (SAWACO) Confederation, the Quang Nam Confederation, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Confederation, the Kien Giang Confederation, and the Binh Duong Confederation.

In addition, during the ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented 3 motorcycles to workers facing difficult circumstances.

Since 2019, Binh Duong Smart City has been honored in the Smart21 list (Top 21 Smart Communities) five times and has been in the Top 7 communities with smart city development strategies by the ICF Forum three times in 2021, 2022, and 2023. This year, for the first time in the 24-year history of the organization, the ICF World Smart Communities Forum has awarded the highest title to a locality in Vietnam, Binh Duong, as the Smart City of the Year 2023!

This program, co-organized by SAIGON SAOLA JUNIOR RUGBY TEAM and BECAMEX TOKYU marks the fourth time this event has been held at TOKYU Garden City.

On May 11th, children at Hikari kicked off the summer with the "Fly with Hikari" Kite Festival!

Not only enjoyed kite flying as the event's name suggests, but families and children also got to showed their artistic talents through a workshop where they decorated their own kites or made paper koinobori carp. The children's focus on completing their kite masterpieces with the help of their parents created a colorful scene of joy and connection.

Additionally, Hikari organized a contest to vote for the most beautiful kite to encourage the creativity and confidence of the young artists. The kite that receives the most votes (both online and offline) will win a MUJI electric fan worth 1,954,000 VND!

On the past 2 weekend days, the 7th TOKYU Group Japan Festival 2024 was held at SORA gardens SC, attracting nearly 80,000 people visiting and having fun. 

Coming to the 7th season with the theme "Colorful Japan", attendees have had moments and experiences immersing in the colorful cultural atmosphere of Japan, the cherry blossom-themed decorations resembling a Japanese spring, enjoying stage performances with music bands and artists from Japan and Vietnam, experiencing various game, activities, and Japanese street foods...

In particular, the festival brought the attendees to an animated world with the Meeting & Greet with famous animated characters like Doraemon or Conan, and a cosplay contest where young cosplayers turned themselves into animated characters and game figures.

First organized in 2016 and through 6 seasons with different concepts, the TOKYU Group Japan Festival is an annual event for the people of Binh Duong and visitors from neighboring areas to access diverse aspects and enjoy the atmosphere and activities of the festival, as well as tasty authentic Japanese and international dishes.
