This morning of January 12th, 2024, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. hosted the groundbreaking ceremony of its 6th condominium project named “MIDORI PARK The TEN” at Binh Duong New City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from Binh Duong province, including Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with representatives from related departments and offices. As for Japanese representatives, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, and head of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in HCMC, as well as representatives from BECAMEX IDC Corporation, the investor BECAMEX TOKYU, contractor Unicons (a member of CotecCons Group), and partners of the project.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City stated, "Binh Duong is becoming an increasingly attractive destination, not only for work but also for settlement. For that, I believe that the TOKYU GARDEN CITY project will contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of Binh Duong province by becoming a place for local communities to interact with each others, not just for work but also as a destination for a fulfilled and prosperous life". With modern facilities and excellent field quality, the SORA Gardens Links football field continues to accompany the 11th edition of the Phu Dong Sport Competition in Binh Duong province with the sport of "Women's Football." The matches will take place from January 5th to February 4th.

The 11th Phu Dong Sport Competition in Binh Duong province, academic year 2023-2024, organizes competitions in 13 sports, including: Athletics, Swimming, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Shuttlecock kicking, Taekwondo, Karate, Vovinam, Chess, Tug of war (Secondary school, High school)

On the afternoon of December 17th (Sunday) at Binh Duong New City Football FIeld, the All-Star match took place, featuring two teams representing Vietnamese and Japanese-Malaysian football in the 5th U13 International Youth Cup Vietnam-Japan 2023. The Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony of this youth tournament followed this.

The Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony were attended by Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, as well as representatives of various departments, representatives of the Organizing Committee, leaders of Becamex IDC Corporation, and delegates, team leaders, coaches, and athletes from youth football teams in Vietnam, Japan, and Malaysia.

The All-Star match just before the ceremony marked the end of the 5th season with a 3-1 victory for the "allies" of Japan-Malaysia over Vietnam.

Earlier on the morning of December 17th, in the final match between PVF and Hanoi FC, PVF excellently clinched the championship title with a 2-0 victory over Hanoi FC.

In the third-place playoff, Yokohama FC Tsurumi also secured a victory, defeating U13 Becamex Binh Duong with a score of 1-0.

The rankings of the participating teams in the 5th U13 International Youth Cup Vietnam-Japan 2023 are as follows:

In the individual awards category, player Nguyen Tan Nam from Becamex Binh Duong received the Best Goalkeeper title; the Top Scorer title went to Tran Manh Quan from Hanoi FC; and Kanemitsu Ren from Yokohama FC Tsurumi was awarded the Best Player title.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, the Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City - Mr. Ono Masuo, expressed his belief that the tournament would significantly contribute to strengthening friendship and exchange between Japan and Vietnam, as well as Japan and ASEAN countries through football. This special season is part of the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, as well as the 50th anniversary of friendship between Japan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Representing the tournament board of organizers, Mr. Ho Hong Thach expressed hope that, with this special milestone, the platform for young aspiring players dreaming of becoming national team members would continue to grow stronger and attract more international clubs to participate in future seasons. He especially noted the increasing attention from the media and fans.

The 5th season brought exciting matches for fans of both countries and provided valuable opportunities for exchange and interaction for the young players from the three nations. On the afternoon of December 14th (Thursday), the Opening Ceremony of the 5th U13 International Youth Cup Vietnam-Japan 2023 was held at SORA gardens Links Sports Field in Binh Duong New City.

 This 5th season was organized on the largest scale ever, with the participation of 12 teams, including 7 Vietnamese teams: Becamex Binh Duong FC, Hanoi FC, Hue FC, Binh Phuoc FC, Dong Thap FC, Phu Nhuan – Ho Chi Minh City, and PVF; and 4 U-13 teams from Japan: KAWASAKI FRONTALE FC, Yokohama FC Tsurumi, Kataller Toyama, Shimizu S-pulse, and especially the guest team, FELDA Football Academy from Malaysia, commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, as well as the 50th anniversary of friendship between Japan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

At SORA gardens SC, which BECAMEX TOKYU CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “BECAMEX TOKYU”) - a subsidiary of TOKYU CORPORATION, opened on July 2, 2023, as the first shopping center in Binh Duong New City, Vietnam will open its new stores.

BECAMEX TOKYU CO., LTD. (mentioned below as “BECAMEX TOKYU”) - a subsidiary of TOKYU CORPORATION (mentioned below as “TOKYU”) started construction on the sixth luxury condominium project called “MIDORI PARK The TEN” (mentioned below as “the Project”) in Binh Duong province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in Binh Duong New City from December 2023. 

This Project is a 10-story condominium with a total of 300 units and is expected to be completed and handed over in the fall of 2025. Binh Duong is one of the largest cities in Vietnam with a population of 2.8 million people, located adjacent to the northern part of Ho Chi Minh City. BECAMEX TOKYU STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF THE 6TH LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NAMED “MIDORI PARK The TEN” IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE, VIETNAM

This morning, at the football field system within the SORA gardens Links Complex, the opening ceremony of the National Workers' Football Championship 2023 Finals took place. The event was attended by many important representatives, such as Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Binh Duong Province, along with many delegates and representatives from various media outlets.

The National Workers' Football Championship 2023 Finals are scheduled to take place from November 17 to November 19 at the Sora Gardens Links football field, with the participation of 8 teams that emerged as champions in the regional qualifying rounds.
