BECAMEX TOKYU introduces partnerships with AEON BETA & Kappa Sushi
On the morning of September 16, 2026, BECAMEX TOKYU held the “Hikari Elevates the Experience with Two Major Brands” at BECAMEX TOKYU GALLERY, officially announcing the upcoming arrival of the two brands at Hikari.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hirata Shuji, representative of BECAMEX TOKYU, shared: "With the addition of KAPPA SUSHI and AEON BETA as new tenants, all 16 units at Hikari will now be occupied, marking a new stage in the development of the facility.
In addition, Becamex Tokyu’s commercial facilities now comprise approximately 100 units, with a total commercial leasable floor area of approximately 31,000 square meters. We expect annual tenant sales of approximately JPY 12 billion, or VND ,2, 033 trillion, in 2027."
In the ceremony, representatives of BECAMEX TOKYU and the two partners exchanged congratulatory flowers, marking another milestone in the continued development of Hikari.
AEON BETA Hikari - The first cinema in Binh Duong New City
As AEON BETA’s fifth cinema complex in Vietnam, AEON BETA Hikari is scheduled to open in December 2026, marking the arrival of the first cinema in Binh Duong New City.
Developed around the “Gather-Ring” concept, the cinema aims to become a meeting point where people can connect through shared cinematic experiences and memorable moments together.
Featuring 4 screening rooms and 476 seats, AEON BETA Hikari is expected to offer a diverse range of films, from Japanese movies and anime to Hollywood productions and other compelling genres.
Its arrival at Hikari will bring cinematic experiences closer to residents, allowing them to enjoy entertainment within their own community instead of traveling dozens of kilometers to neighboring urban areas.
Kappa Sushi Hikari - Kappa Sushi’s first restaurant in Vietnam
Scheduled to open in late September 2026, Kappa Sushi Hikari will be Japanese brand Kappa Sushi’s first restaurant in Vietnam.
Spanning approximately 274 m² with a capacity of 116 seats, the restaurant will offer a variety of dining spaces, including a sushi bar, table seating and private rooms. Its menu will feature a wide selection of Japanese dishes, including sushi, tempura and Japanese hot pot.
By choosing Hikari as its first destination in Vietnam, it reflects the appeal of the residential community that BECAMEX TOKYU has built over more than a decade.
