After nearly 15 years of development, BECAMEX TOKYU has been shaping TOKYU Garden City into a modern urban area in the northern part of Ho Chi Minh City, with a well-integrated system of residential, commercial, and lifestyle amenities. Projects such as SORA gardens SC, MIDORI PARK The TEN, and the upcoming MIDORI PARK The NEST stand as key milestones in its continuous growth.

Marking this significant milestone, at the end of April 2026, BECAMEX TOKYU officially launched its 15th anniversary campaign under the theme “Gratitude”, as a heartfelt expression of thanks to the community, customers, partners, and employees who have accompanied the journey.

“Gratitude” – The Spirit of the Campaign

More than just a theme for the anniversary, “Gratitude” represents the core spirit that BECAMEX TOKYU aims to share throughout this special year.

It reflects appreciation for the contributions that have shaped the 15-year journey, while also expressing sincere thanks to the community, customers, partners, and employees who have supported the development of TOKYU Garden City. At the same time, it conveys a commitment to the future - continuing sustainable urban development with a people-centered approach and a constant focus on enhancing quality of life.

On this occasion, BECAMEX TOKYU also officially introduces its 15th anniversary logo, representing the company’s development journey alongside the message “Thank You”- a simple yet meaningful expression of appreciation to everyone who has been part of this journey.

In the coming time, a series of anniversary activities will be carried out through to March 2027, featuring a wide range of formats - from community events and experiential activities to exclusive gifts.
