BECAMEX TOKYU starts the new year with the groundbreaking ceremony of the new project MIDORI PARK The TEN at Binh Duong New City

This morning of January 12th, 2024, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. hosted the groundbreaking ceremony of its 6th condominium project named “MIDORI PARK The TEN” at Binh Duong New City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from Binh Duong province, including Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with representatives from related departments and offices. As for Japanese representatives, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, and head of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in HCMC, as well as representatives from BECAMEX IDC Corporation, the investor BECAMEX TOKYU, contractor Unicons (a member of CotecCons Group), and partners of the project.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City stated, "Binh Duong is becoming an increasingly attractive destination, not only for work but also for settlement. For that, I believe that the TOKYU GARDEN CITY project will contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of Binh Duong province by becoming a place for local communities to interact with each others, not just for work but also as a destination for a fulfilled and prosperous life". He also expressed expectations for the growing connection between Japan and Vietnam in general, as well as between Japan and Binh Duong province, along with the development of Binh Duong New City. He expressed appreciation for the efforts made during the implementation of the Binh Duong New City project by the relevant partners from Japan and Vietnam over the past years.

He also expressed BECAMEX TOKYU's desire to bring a new lifestyle to Binh Duong New City with "The TEN" project and contribute to accelerating the city's development, turning it into a successful example not only for Binh Duong New City but also for the future development of Binh Duong province as a development masterpiece.

Speaking on behalf of the Binh Duong provincial government, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh noted, "Binh Duong New City, as the political, economic, cultural, and financial center of Binh Duong province, has undergone significant and clear positive changes in recent years. To achieve this development, in addition to the policies and support from the provincial departments, there has been continuous investment and development efforts from enterprises, especially those with foreign investment. A notable case is BECAMEX TOKYU with many high-quality projects that meet the needs of housing, dining, and entertainment of the local people". He hopes that this place will become a desirable and prosperous living and working destination for residents in Binh Duong New City, as well as for people living in neighboring areas and Binh Duong province in general.

MIDORI PARK The TEN is the third condominium in the MIDORI PARK area and is a mid-rise residential complex with 10 floors (a total of 300 units) on nearly 1.4 hectares of land owned by BECAMEX TOKYU in the New City. The project is created with the idea of "spacious, elegance and sophistication of high-end living space, filled with rich natural connections", and it has the most luxurious design and a variety of common facilities of all the condominiums that BECAMEX TOKYU has built to date.

The average area of a unit is about 110m² and the ceiling is 3.5m high, ensuring a spacious space for the residents. The project has a glass coverage density of over 70% and uses Low-E (Low Emissivity) thermal glass to block heat from outside into the apartment, helping to regulate the temperature inside the apartment. It is the first project in the South of Vietnam to utilize this glass implementation.
