This is a development area of about 63ha located between the VSIP II Industrial Park in the northwestern part of Binh Duong New City and the center of New City. As the name which means “Green park”, we are aiming for a residential area surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the ratio of green space to the site area is 56%.
