Construction of the condominium project MIDORI PARK The GLORY started
On the morning of December 1, 2021, the commencement ceremony for the construction of the 5-star condominium project MIDORI PARK The GLORY was held in Binh Duong New City by the investor H9BC. Previously in July, 2020, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. and NTT Urban Development Corporation formed a joint venture – “H9BC INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED”, in Binh Duong province, Vietnam. NTT Urban Development Corporation is a trustworthy urban development in Japan that has participated in various real estate projects in many countries worldwide such as the UK, the USA, Australia,… “MIDORI PARK The GLORY” marks the first project the corporation has ever undertaken in Asia, set a new vision of the corporation’s development in South East Asia in the future.
The commencement ceremony welcomed the representatives from the investor H9BC INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED, from the joint venture parties BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. and NTT Urban Development Corporation, from BECAMEX IDC Investment and Industrial Development Corporation JSC, from the constructor Hoa Binh Construction Group JSC, and from other advisor, supervisor parties.
Mr. Onuma Minoru – Deputy General Director of BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. stated: “I hope that in the future, many families will live in this place and it will become a town full of smiling faces”.
The project “MIDORI PARK The GLORY” was designed with the scale of 24 floors and up to 1,000 units, and will be constructed by Hoa Binh Construction Group. This is the fourth construction that BECAMEX TOKYU cooperate with Hoa Binh, after the SORA gardens I, MIDORI PARK The VIEW, and Hikari Expansion. The construction is expected to complete by January 2024.
