BECAMEX TOKYU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Outbound Axis Vietnam (OAV)

On September 3rd, 2025, BECAMEX TOKYU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Outbound Axis Vietnam (OAV) - a platform operated by CastGlobal Law Vietnam - with the aim of promoting business development and supporting Japanese startups in Binh Duong New City.

By exploiting BECAMEX TOKYU’s resources, urban development expertise, and extensive partner network, together with OAV’s legal, operational, and human resources capabilities, the collaboration is expected to provide comprehensive support for startups and business ventures from Japan.

Objectives of the collaboration:

- Ensure implementation space for PoC (Proof-of-Concept) projects through the infrastructure and facilities available in Binh Duong New City;

- Facilitate business expansion with support processes starting from the pre-establishment stage;

- Co-create and connect through business matching programs and collaborative events;

- Unlock growth potential by standardizing development roadmaps and fostering long-term sustainability.

At the signing ceremony, representatives of both parties affirmed that Binh Duong New City offers tremendous potential thanks to its strong manufacturing foundation and modern urban infrastructure. In addition, the city provides favorable conditions for the robust development of advanced models such as the Living Lab - an open innovation ecosystem that adopts a human-centric approach in all activities and project development. The partnership between BECAMEX TOKYU - with more than 10 years of overseas urban development experience - and OAV is expected not only to accelerate the growth of Japanese startups in a new environment but also to help position Binh Duong New City as a Startup Hub in Vietnam.
