Groundbreaking ceremony of MIDORI PARK The TEN II - “Wellness” living standard at “Science and Technology City” in the northern Ho Chi Minh City 

On the morning of March 19, 2026, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the luxury condominium project MIDORI PARK The TEN II (374 units) in Binh Duong New City. 

The project builds on the strong market response and beyond-expected absorption of its earlier phase, MIDORI PARK The TEN (300 units, scheduled for completion in summer 2026).  It not only increases the supply of residential units to meet growing market demand, but also fully inherits the refined elegance of the first phase, MIDORI PARK The TEN, while further optimizing living spaces tailored to the needs of upper-class families.
