MIDORI PARK The TEN completed, MIDORI PARK HARUKA enters the final construction phase.

In August 2026, MIDORI PARK The TEN (hereinafter referred to as “The TEN”) completed construction and is scheduled to welcome residents from October 2026. The final phase comprises 22 four-story townhouses, each with three bedrooms, with construction scheduled to begin in October 2026, completion in October 2027, and handover from November 2027. 

Upon completion of the final phase, the total number of units at HARUKA will reach 241, further contributing to the development of the MIDORI PARK area by bringing together residential spaces and lifestyle amenities. 

To date, BECAMEX TOKYU has supplied approximately 3,000 residential units, including MIDORI PARK The TEN.
