"SORA gardens II” Condominium Wins “Grand Prize” in Construction Project Category at 8th JAPAN Construction International Award 

The condominium project “SORA gardens II” completed in 2021, has been awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award (Grand Prize) in the Construction Project category of the 8th JAPAN Construction International Award.  

The award ceremony was held in Tokyo, Japan on September 9, where Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Nakano presented the commendation. “SORA gardens II” is the second project developed in Binh Duong New City by Becamex Tokyu.  This is also the second time the SORA gardens series has received this honor, as “SORA gardens I” was also recognized at the 2nd JAPAN Construction International Award in 2019.  

Reasons for the Award: 

Using know-how in transit-oriented urban development from Japan, the company has expanded its city-building model overseas. 

By working closely with local governments and partners, the company has built trust and contributed to the overall development plan of Binh Duong New City. 

SORA gardens II, the winning project, not only shows the high quality of Becamex Tokyu’s work in Binh Duong New City but also increases the value of the entire 16-hectare SORA gardens area. 

Looking Ahead:

In the same area, SORA gardens III (39 stories, 1,074 units) is now under construction and is planned to be completed in 2028. It will be the flagship of the SORA gardens series. 
In MIDORI PARK, another district of Binh Duong New City, the commercial facility MIDORI PARK SQUARE will complete expansion in November 2025 with the presence of AEON supermarket. 
The condominium MIDORI PARK The GLORY, completed in 2024, has sold well, and MIDORI PARK The TEN, scheduled for completion in 2026, is also seeing strong sales.
