MIDORI PARK HARUKA completed
TOKYU GROUP (abbreviated as TOKYU) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (BECAMEX IDC) have signed in the Cooperative ventures in March, 2012 to establish the Company. Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd (BECAMEX TOKYU) - purposed to the Urban development in Binh Duong, organized the Company’ First Project Completing Event “land house” in August, 25th 2017. This event was organized in MIDORI PARK, Ly Thai To and Pham Van Dong Street, Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong New City, Vietnam.
MIDORI PARK with the total area of about 60 ha located in the center of Binh Duong New City, approximately 30 km north of Ho Chi Minh City, the Urban development for new political, social, economic and cultural center of Binh Duong Province.
MIDORI PARK will be developed varieties of houses in a rich nature environment: townhouse, garden house, shophouse, villa, etc...For the first phrase, Becamex Tokyu will construct 42 units, consists of 17 garden houses and 25 terrace house.
MIDORI PARK applied Tokyu’s experience in Japan based on the model of Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi - one of the most favorite urban in Japan.The project will come up with many outstanding points, make it extraordinary to the rest of what’s existing currently. In the MIDORI PARK Completing Event, BECAMEX TOKYU will take the guests to visit the Project’ sample house designed with modern style furnitures, the house’colors are bright and bring comfortable feeling for residents to live for long time. The special thing of sample house is to respect Vietnamese culture with many families’generations. The space was suitably arrange with all families’ members, the MIDORI PARK project was designed with open space, harmonized with natural environment which could bring an ideal life to residents.
In the ceremony, continuing of Mr. Sakai Yoichiro ‘ Speech – The General Director of BECAMEX TOKYU was the KAGAMI WARI Ceremony Japanese style Wine’ beating, all the guests would enjoy the delicious foods mixing in melodious classical music served by Song Be restaurant and drink high- class wine in luxurious party’space.
