“Happy Circle Market” - A Flea Market Full of Joy 

On Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, fifteen booths featuring a wide range of products such as: clothes, accessories, household items, toys etc. attracted more than 500 visitors, creating a warm and colorful “Happy Circle Market” at SORA gardens SC.  

The event was organized by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (JCCH) and supported by Becamex Tokyu, with the aim of promoting sustainable consumption by giving pre-owned items a new life, turning them into “one’s old, another’s new.” This initiative extends product lifecycles, reduces waste, and spreads the message of eco-friendly living. 

At the market, many pre-loved items found new owners, while visitors enjoyed hunting for unique, rare, and affordable treasures. The event carried even deeper meaning as each purchase contributed indirectly to the community, with all booths of rental fees donated by JCCH to support those in need. 

Through this small but meaningful activity, Becamex Tokyu continues to affirm the commitment to building a sustainable and livable urban environment by organizing enjoyable and purposeful community events at TOKYU Garden City (Binh Duong New City).
