First project in “TOKYU Garden City”

By utilizing the experience and know-how of many years of real estate development in Japan represented by TOKYU CORPORATION’s “Tokyu Tama Rural City”, the design is more sophisticated than existing houses in Vietnam, comfortable living space, and high housing quality. In addition to providing “TOKYU Garden City”, we are proposing “Japan quality” unique to BECAMEX TOKYU, such as implementing “garden” with aerial gardens and wall greening.

In 2019, SORA gardens I received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award in the construction project category of the “2nd JAPAN Construction International Award” sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

SORA gardens II

The essence of the most comfortable and modern life

Completed in June 2021 as a joint project between BECAMEX TOKYU and Mitsubishi Jisho Residence. The design of SORA gardens II has a sense of unity with SORA gardens I, such the height and shape of the podium line and rooftop crown are the same as SORA gardens I, and the pools on the 4th floor also facing each other.

Furthermore, with the concept of “eXtra life”, we aim to provide residents with a higher-grade advanced lifestyle, in addition to abundant common facilities such as gym, sauna, flower garden, barbecue terrace, etc., all units have smart home equipment and systems installed in the dwelling units.

New experience at sport complex

SORA gardens Links is responsible for the function of "connecting" and "linking" residents and visitors of SORA gardens I (completed in 2015), SORA gardens II (completed in 2021) and SORA gardens SC (open in Summer 2023).

The development concept is "LINK the Path & Pass to LINK the BDNC", we aim to create a space that connecting the "path" that leads the way and the "pass" of feelings from person to person to unite Binh Duong New City.

This facility will become more convenient and enjoyable for both residents of the SORA gardens area and visitors to the area as tenants move in one after another.
