BECAMEX TOKYU STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF THE 6TH LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NAMED “MIDORI PARK The TEN” IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE, VIETNAM

BECAMEX TOKYU CO., LTD. (mentioned below as “BECAMEX TOKYU”) - a subsidiary of TOKYU CORPORATION (mentioned below as “TOKYU”) started construction on the sixth luxury condominium project called “MIDORI PARK The TEN” (mentioned below as “the Project”) in Binh Duong province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in Binh Duong New City from December 2023.

This Project is a 10-story condominium with a total of 300 units and is expected to be completed and handed over in the fall of 2025. With the concept of “spacious, elegance and sophistication of high-end living space, filled with rich natural connections”, it has the most luxurious design and a variety of common facilities of all the condominiums that BECAMEX TOKYU has built to date. The average area of a unit is about 110m² and the ceiling is 3.5m high, ensuring a spacious space for the residents. In addition, on the 3rd floor of the common facilities area, BECAMEX TOKYU plans to incorporate a 50m infinity pool, gym, BBQ garden, and a large children's play area. Particularly noteworthy, the developer plans to introduce an Onsen bathing pool (hot bathing pool) to serve residents in the common facility, making the first luxury apartment project in Binh Duong to provide this facility.

Binh Duong is one of the largest cities in Vietnam with a population of 2.8 million people, located adjacent to the northern part of Ho Chi Minh City. Binh Duong actively attracts foreign investment into Vietnam and is placed second with more than 4,200 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, after Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected that the population will continue to grow due to the increase in factories in industrial zones.

During 11 years since 2012, BECAMEX TOKYU leveraged the know-how accumulated by TOKYU through the development of “TOKYU Tama Garden City” to develop the urban project “TOKYU GARDEN CITY” in Binh Duong New City (total area of about 1,000 ha) based on the localization. Until now, we have developed 5 residential projects (※), 4 commercial zones, attracted schools and medical institutions, and constructed a transport system by operating public bus routes, to make it a fully functional urban, BECAMEX TOKYU also organized several culture festivals, events to create vibrancy in the city.

BECAMEX TOKYU develops the urban area based on the "ALWAYS NEW" concept, emphasizing investment in innovative strategies as the core, such as next-generation transportation means, while rapidly advancing the construction of residential projects. In addition, BECAMEX TOKYU plans to connect bus routes connecting not only Binh Duong New City but also Ho Chi Minh City, to accelerate residential traffic and contribute to the development of Binh Duong New City.
