I.TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED
1. Booking Fee: 200 million VND applied at new floors for:
・ The priority is to book on the floors that have been opened for sale or the priority to choose 01 apartment of The GLORY project on the floors that have not been opened for sale, please transfer the booking fee before 5:00 PM on July 10th, 2022.
・ Customers who book in advance will be given priority to purchase the selected apartment on the floor that is open for sale.
・ The opening units for sale of new floors will be depended on the actual needs and aspirations of customers when registering for the right to choose apartments on floors that have not been opened for sale.
・ After a successful booking transaction, customers will not be able to change their name.
2. No refunds for the following cases:
Customers have satisfied the right to purchase according to the policies announced above.
3. Refunds for cases within 20 working days from the event date:
・ Customers have registered for the right to choose the apartment, but on the event date, the Developer has not opened for sale the floor chosen by customers and customers cannot wait until the next opening event.
・ Customers who have registered for the right to choose an apartment but have not been successful and have no desire to change apartments on other floors for sale or do not wait for the next opening event.
II. SPECIAL SALE POLICY:
1. Discount 3% for customers who transfer deposits from May 23rd, 2022, to 5:00 P.M. on July 10th, 2022 (applicable only for the 18th floor or lower).
2. Discount 2% for Early payment policy:
・To customers who sign Sales Purchase Agreement: 03 times payment (20% of Sales Purchase Agreement, 30% after 3 months, 45% before Handover)
・ To Customers who sign Long Term Leasing Contract: 02 times payment (50% of Long-Term Lease, 50% before Handover)
・ To Customers who have the Bank loan: 03 times payment (20% of Sales Purchase Agreement, 30% after 3 months, 45% before Handover)
3. Discount 1.5% for all ex-purchasers who purchased projects developed by BECAMEX TOKYU including SORA gardens I, SORA gardens II, The VIEW, HARUKA, The GLORY when continuing to purchase The GLORY project.
4. Discount 0.5% for new customers who are introduced by ex-purchaser to purchase The GLORY project (BECAMEX TOKYU's project buyers need to give a “Letter of Referral (LOR)” with the signature of the current buyer to their acquaintances who are interested in the BECAMEX TOKYU's and do not apply with “group discount promotion”).
