First residential project SORA gardens completed

The Completion ceremony of SORA gardens I was held on March 24th. Guests were treated to first-hand tours of the entrance lobby, penthouse, and turn-key guest rooms with high-end finishes, as well as the beautiful amenities including a 4th floor garden with swimming pool facility.

SORA gardens I officially broke ground in November 2012 and was completed in January 2015. With an impressive structural design reminiscent of Vietnam’s symbolic lotus flower, SORA gardens I is comprised of 406 residential apartments in two 24-floor towers, atop a convenient ground floor commercial/retail multiplex.

People’s Committee Chairman, Mr. Tran Van Nam, offered his congratulations during the grand opening ceremony, and Mr. Nakata Yasuyuki (General Director of Becamex Tokyu) presented keys to three representative customers from Vietnam, Japan and Taiwan.
